Overall, this is a lovely resort. I do not usually enjoy all-inclusive concept hotels but this one had very good food, especially the breakfast and salad bars. Falls a tiny bit short on service but only in a couple spots, namely their bartenders were not friendly at the main counter but probably because they weren't sufficiently staffed behind the bar. This wasn't an anomaly as it was the same every day even when not busy. No eye contact , no smiles and super, super slow ( and I checked with others -it wasn't just me :)). The only other thing was the birds inside the main undercover eating areas but it was lovely to have the breeze. A few birds would be acceptable but they are overrun and it's become unsanitary so the open concept is no longer a worthwhile trade off. Daily spa treatments were a welcome treat and 98% of staff were full of welcome hellos and smiles. I-Tal dining experience was stunning at sunset. As we kept saying while there " if you are bored here then you are probably the problem" tons and tons to do.
