Two night getaway

Room was comfortable. Missed a small table for coffee or drinks, shower did leak when turned on (reported at checkout). All amenities such as TVs and microwave and heater worked without issue. But tv could use an arm to reposition as sitting on top of a cupboard made it awkward to watch.

We stayed in a vista chalet and it felt like we were at a new home. It had so much room, and was well equipped. The swiss village is so handy with bakery and restaurant, and there are so many activities for the whole family! Everything was just amazing!

The apartment was very outdated. Looked very dirty due to the amount of damage to doors, cupboards, paint missing etc. We went to do Pedal Carts @ 3.15pm on a Saturday to be told they were closed. So, we went the next day, to be told there is only 3 single pedal carts. We had a birthday party and for a family resort, you only have 3 singles. Very disappointing. The man who works in the activity part has terrible personnel skills and terrible service. It's a pity because the resort itself has so much potential but the staff and the outdatedness was the biggest let down.

No real issues with the stay but since my children went in the pool. Their hair, bathers, clothing that got wet has the strangest smell that I can’t get rid off even a week later. Definitely not your typical chlorine smell. Clothes have been washed 2-3 times, can still smell it. Their hair has been scrubbed with bi-carb and shampoo about 6 times now and still can’t get rid of the smell. We could also smell the same scent in the room. Very strange and not very nice.
