The staff was very considerate, helpful, and all out amazing, making sure my stay was perfect. The room was quite large with plenty of space for spreading out and/or storing my things. Bathroom was well equipped with hot shower, good water pressure, shelves for personal items, great linens.
The hotel also has a restaurant. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Staff even adjusted breakfast schedule to accommodate mine. I was not able to take advantage of the restaurant for dinner, but had heard it is very good.
There is a bus stop right out front which was extremely convenient for catching a bus to Florence or to other towns in Chianti. I made several trips into Florence to not only tour Florence but also to catch the train to other cities such as Rome.
Last but not least, there is a nice running route that I could take right from the hotel up past vineyards and olive tree groves. Great way to work off some jet lag and view the beautiful Tuscan countryside!
I highly recommend this hotel!
