The second floor features a loft area, and primary bedroom. Venture outside and you will find a deck with beautiful mountain views, and a yard for summer activities. Located minutes from Mt Abram and 20 minutes to Sunday River.

Wedding guests
We rented this property for family and friends to stay for my daughters wedding at Mt. Abram. The location was great...easy access to the wedding site on the mountain as well as to the main lodge, reception site. The property was clean and easy to check in and out of, beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.
