This is a great place to stay to be able to walk everywhere downtown. We had a nice visit and enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. Our only issue was the air conditioning in the room was not working when we arrived however maintenance came quickly and resolved the matter. Overall we had a great time and will stay there again.

Room was not clean. Had eating utensils on the floor and food. Tried to let staff know but they were overwhelmed at the front desk. Took 20 min to valet car then when we left had to end up just going to get ourselves. We will be asking for a refund in room and parking. Was ridiculous and not sanitary. Would have not stayed the night if we had other options so Late.

There was an issue with a guest in the room across from ours which caused a lot of commotion and noise in the middle of the night. At some point the police even became involved so needless to say we lost a lot of sleep as a result. The next morning we complained and the hotel manager (Owen Griffeth) was really very good and understanding. He made sure we left satisfied and we appreciated the gesture!

Great location, easy parking, rooms are nice. Friendly staff but the breakfast buffet was really bad. We paid $53 for 2 persons. The strawberries were old (one rotten), cereal the kind you get at a 2 star hotel, waffle was dry, fruit flies…. Also, the carpet up the stairs leading to Starbucks (nice!) is worn and dirty.

Nice Facility
We checked in just before hurricane hit the area. Lost power for 12 hours or so but the staff was kind and provided water and snacks to its guests. Power and internet was available in the lobby despite dark rooms. Once restored stay was wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable.

Just picked up my brand new 2025 McLaren for my birthday and asked the staff if they could move a golfcart so I could valet up close to the hotel where I always park. The manager said he didn't have the keys and I watched him not even look. Told be to park in the garage. I normally stay at the Grand Bohemian Lodge but they were sold out. I will never again ever go to this hotel nor advise any of my team to use it. I booked for 2 nights and just left. Grand Bohemian took care of me and my brand new car with care. Worked my whole life to be able to purchase this car and a little customer service would have gone a long way.

My booking on your website was never relayed to the hotel!! On arrival the hotel stayed they had no reservation for us and they were completely booked. At midnight and extremely tired we had to leave to drive 3 hours back home. Due to the treacherous roadways after Helene we crashed into a fallen tree. How do you make this right Travelocity?
