This is a beautiful hotel in a secure safe area. I was pleased with everything. We travelled during hurricane Helene and the hotel was sturdy, safe and secure.

Had to flushed the toilet 10 times for it to clear up. Room service walked in while I was asleep. They did not acknowledge themselves until I said who is that maintenance was supposed to come in and fix the toilet and the yet came in to do so
