I would give this a 0 if it was an option. The room was absolutely filthy. It felt like a run down motel in the middle of nowhere. I booked a suite so we'd have two separate sleeping areas, but the sleeper sofa only slept one person, instead of two as it was supposed to. It was the most disgusting sofa, which was covered up by an equally dirty slip cover. The pull out itself was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever laid down on. If the carpet wasn't the filthiest thing I've ever laid my eyes on, sleeping on the floor would've been a better option. There were also no garbage cans in the room at all. The blackout curtains did not cover the whole window and were held up by tape. Also, there were tears in the blackout curtains that they tried repairing with tape. Everything looked filthy. They say the whole hotel is non smoking, yet it has a lingering smell of smoke. If we hadn't arrived at 10pm, we would have absolutely left and found anywhere else to stay. Breakfast being included was a draw, but after seeing how filthy our room was, I would never trust anything that came out of their kitchen.

While the room was large it was in need of refurbishing. Gouging on walls and trim. TV and or the stand was crooked. Shower head needs to be replaced - poor flow. Courtesy breakfast may have been leftover from 2024. Overall a very disappointing experience. Had we had multiple nights we would have been relocating to a better hotel. Honestly we should get some money off of the rate. I would have been okay with the room if I paid hotel 8 prices.

The room was ok!! It had a funny smell when I walked in the room. I had to get some air freshener to get rid of that smell. The walls are really thin. I could hear people making noise all night. I could hardly sleep. The A/C work great!! The shower was real hot!!

Check in was real good the lady told me they turned the water off then they turned it back on so ok no problem…got up to our room went to go plug something up the outlet didn’t have a cover on it that would be a problem for a family who has little kids….went to take a shower had trouble with the water pressure not sure what happened with that…and the breakfast they didn’t have much of choices so I’m not sure if I’ll stay here again
