Compared to other Hampton Inns, Greenville is half as good as say, Fayetteville AR. The room was smaller for the same price. The breakfast had far less options, not even milk. The night auditor was a little rude. The towels weren’t folded properly. One of the blinds was hung improperly, allowing in more light than one wants with blackout shades The drain ditch behind the pool is a literal mosquito farm…. But the room was very clean!

I booked 1 night due to renovations on my house. Checked in at 5:00 smooth check in, went to my room and swiped the card and the door was locked from the inside, I went back to desk and the lady said she could fix it and grabbed and coat hanger and a homemade tool, she said if the door was slammed too hard it would lick from the inside. She worked and worked, but couldn’t get it unlocked. I was put into another room. The lobby had coffee & hot water for tea, I poured a cup of water for tea and the water was cold. The building is older and the room smelled musky, the TV is not easy to work, channels are hard to find. I was disappointed in this hotel.
