We found a bedbug in our bed. We packed our stuff and went to the front desk. We reported it to the gentleman working, and he says, "I'm not surprised." We asked if he wanted to see a picture, and he says, "No, I believe you." Then I asked if you had had reports before had he stated, "Yep, a couple since I've been working here."

Overall great stay

The hotel was great! However our tub didn’t drain so the second person was unable to shower. The front desk was very nice and promised to have it fixed for the next guests. The beds were too firm for my liking but others found them comfortable. Overall it was a great stay
