Kick your shoes off in the front foyer and head to the great room to relax on the comfortable couches under the vaulted ceilings.

Start off your days by enjoying a warm cup of coffee on the heated back patio and gaze out at the green forest as you look for wildlife. When you’re feeling hungry, the fully equipped kitchen is complete with brand new Frigidaire appliances, gorgeous granite countertops and a stone backsplash, providing the ideal space to prepare home-cooked meals.

After a snow filled winter day, there is no better place to warm up than around the two-story, wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Dry firewood is provided in the outdoor shed for your convenience.

When you're not exploring downtown Ligonier, head downstairs to watch a movie in the home theater. This room is decorated with classic movie posters and offers 4 comfortable leather chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV.

A shared outdoor fire pit is located just off of the patio and is the perfect place to end your day with your loved ones. Roast s'mores together before retreating to one of the cozy bedrooms for a restful night of sleep!

The Ligonier Country Inn is less than a mile away and serves up an excellent mix of traditional American cuisine and tasty comfort foods that are perfect for a winter night!

The downtown area of Ligonier is a 10-minute drive away and boasts fantastic local shopping spots, as well as historical sites. Idlewild Amusement Park is located 13-minutes from the house and is one of the oldest parks in the entire country that the kids will surely enjoy!

Laurel Mountain Park Pool is within walking distance and is a great place to cool off on warm summer days. The park pool has multiple picnic tables and plenty of gorgeous areas to explore!

The Laurel Mountain Ski Resort is a 15-minute drive away and offers an array of challenging ski runs, delicious restaurants and a top-notch learning program for beginners.
