Great location with tons of fun and space for everyone. Bring the whole family or friends and spend time together. Enjoy over 3,000 sq ft of space with 5 bedrooms and three updated bathrooms. Huge deck with a fire pit and grill to enjoy the evenings together. Dining for 12. Play pingpong, foosball and cornhole or have the kids play in the playroom. Everything in the house is new including the comfy mattresses. Ideal if working at the new Toyota plant less than 20 minutes to downtown.

We are proud to have made superhost status every quarter for the past year. We have taken what we have been learning to constantly improve our amenities and provide our guests with an amazing stay and the best customer service. This home was curated for our guests, including having almost all the furniture, decor and kitchenware brand new. All the mattresses are brand new. And there are USB ports in all the lamps throughout the home.

Location: Just a few minutes away from the new Toyota battery plant and Wolfspeed facility. There are several restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store less than 2 miles away. Get from the house to downtown Greensboro or Greensboro Coliseum in less than 20 minutes. Besides a great location near the things you need, here is list of what makes this house so special.

Main floor: When you walk into the main entrance you will be amazed with all the space. To one side is an entire play area dedicated to keeping the children busy. On the other side is an area for the big kids to play foosball.

Kitchen: Walking past the entrance you will find the fully stocked kitchen area with tons of counterspace including the island. Everything you need to prep and cook your best meals are available at your fingertips. Enjoy the beverage station with complimentary tea and coffee. As an extra bonus, from the kitchen, you can enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the 65 inch TV in the adjacent living room.

Dining area: This is the focal point of the house. Sitting for 12 people. Enjoy floor-to-wall windows surrounding the dining area and two sky lights. Wake up in the morning to a room full of light. The dining area joins the kitchen with a shared countertop making serving meals even easier.

Living area: This room features a 65 inch smart HDTV. The living room offers two ultra-comfortable sofas and a love seat. On the way is a coffee table with four additional seats….perfect for game night. There are windows surrounding the living room and there is an enclosed gas fireplace.

Bedroom/Bathroom downstairs: There is a large bedroom downstairs with a Beach theme that offers a queen bed, workstation and 43 inch wall mounted TV. There is also a newly-designed bathroom right across.

Finally there is a mud room between the garage and kitchen which has a new washer and dryer.

Second Floor: Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Main Bedroom: The main bedroom is HUGE! Plenty of room to relax, sit, work at the workstation or rest on the new king bed. There is a 55 inch TV here as well. Attached to the main bedroom is the oversized main bathroom which features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual (separate) vanities, enclosed water closet and an extra large closet; this closet contains a travel crib and diaper changing station.

Additional Bedrooms/Bath: Bedroom #3 has a Mountain theme and offers queen bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom #4 offers a bunk bed with dual full size beds. Bedroom #5 offers a large open window, queen bed and large closet. All bedrooms include new memory foam mattresses and 43 inch smart TVs. The upstairs bathrooms was renovated and has a light activated sink.

Garage: The garage is dual purpose. You may use it for parking, but if you want to have extra fun, challenge your friends to a ping pong tournament on the regulation ping pong table. There are plenty of outdoor toys and games for all ages as well.

Back yard: There is a large deck just off the dining room/kitchen. There you will find a large gas grill to impress your family and friends with your grilling skills. There is also a TIKI smokeless firepit, in which complimentary light wood burning packs are provided. There are also eight Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the Carolina weather. The back yard is completely enclosed and offers privacy.

Parking: There is room for up to four vehicles to park in the driveway.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. There is a $450 fine for not obeying pet rules. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke on the back deck but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.

Guests can access the entire house, garage and back yard. There are two locked owner closets for the hosts and cleaners.
