It exceeded our expectations. We needed an over night stay while making a long road trip. We found the rooms and hotel to be nice spacious and very clean with updated decor. Such a nice one night stay! And a great price!

Sorry excuse for a shower.
Everything was fine except there was no hot water in the shower and the sliding glass shower door was missing a panel. And they've yet to credit my deposit back to my account after the inconvenience of having to take a cold shower and then dry the bathroom floor because there was only half of a door on the shower in the first place. It was like some kind of lame practical joke. You'd think they'd at least be prompt about returning my deposit. That's $100.00 that I'm owed and that I need sooner than later.

Lesson learned
Never book with a third party, they do not refund your money for unused dates, when you have to cut your trip short. Book directly with the hotel. Use third party only to search hotels.

We asked for more blankets and initially were told "no, because we're full". The hotel clerk was able to find us 1 extra blanket. For money we pay, a blanket shouldn't be too much to ask for.

We had terrible experience. First night of our stay a man was beating his wife 6 rooms down from us and it was sooo loud we could not sleep at all and nothing was done even after law enforcement was called. We asked for more pillows for the beds and more toilet paper because they only gave us one and they told us no. Very limited breakfast. People in and out of the hotel all hours of the day. Definitely did not feel safe at this hotel and especially considering I had my kids with me.

We checked in with a late arrival and never once did they mention that we had to request maid service. So our room was not clean the next day. When we inquired why it wasn’t clean that is when they told us we had to do the request prior. Room are very basic walls have barely any paintings on them. No warm feel to the room or the lobby.

Sharing my experience....Looks like the property was renovated recently but has lot of pending work to-do.. eg., bathroom shower curtain rod was not fixed properly, toilet roll holders broken.. bathroom sink doesn't work properly, (informed manager but no luck)..also when traveling with family please be cautious.. the area is not safe , lot of homeless people around.. they visit during breakfast hours grab food, eat and leave.. upon checking with front desk staff they did mention its common... Since we spent little less time during a week stay it didnt matter during this time. But if you are planning family trips , especially with little kids please be cautious.
