I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice place, nightly kickback with free cocktails, and excellent dinner. Hot tub was nice for unwinding. I would love to stay here again.

Drury Inn on Gate City Blvd did NOT disappoint!! From the moment we arrived Morissa at the front was VERY pleasant and SUPER friendly. Not to mention Tyrone coming in with an assist at the front desk. The staff from check-in to check-out were amazing! Not to mention the rooms were accommodating and comfortable. Shout out to FRANK the breakfast cook! Our overall stay was a 10/10 and we definitely will do it again!

Started out well. Got upgraded to a suite. Suite was a good size but we were met with a strong old cigarette smoke smell. Room needs renovation to keep up with rival chains. Staff was very good. Would try again

The carpets were disgusting throughout the property. Hallways areas that had tile very dirty. I had to take the sheets from the pull out couch and lay them on the floor in my room because it was so dirty and disgusting. I was afraid to walk barefoot or look at it. One huge stain looked like dry blood. The tile areas in the bathroom, sink, toilet, and bathtub were clean.

I arrived to the hotel early and they allowed me to check in early—PURE AWESOMENESS!!! This was extremely helpful for me since I was in town just for one day to attend a funeral, and I was going to checkout at 5:00am the next day. This was EXTREMELY helpful to allow me to change into my suit and head straight to the funeral. Couldn’t plan my day any better, considering all that I’ve been going through. I won’t forget this!
