This hotel had very high potential but with the rude stafff and the misunderstanding that came with fees was absolutely horrible ! Would definitely not recommend staying here on top of all that the water that we had to use was brown and had a veryyy odd taste ! Although I do appreciate the breakfast host they were very nice and had the area veryyy clean !

The lady at the counter was great. She switched our room because the 1st rooms pull out couch mattress was very dirty with crumbs and who knows what. Next room was cleaner, but none of us slept good, beds were not comfortable. Washcloths didn't appear to be very clean. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items warmed in the plastic wrap, overall not great. The front staff were sweet as can be, none of this was their fault. We love staying at Fairfield's, this one just didn't compare to the others we have stayed at.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greensboro Coliseum Area. The staff, especially Leslie and Quaeyana, were exceptional. Their friendliness and professionalism demeanor were definitely the highlight of my stay. They both went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed and comfortable.
