Service can be improved. Prior to my trip I read reviews of questionable service and unfortunately this was confirmed when checking in. Close to 10min trying to find my reservation and check in. There is a $50 deposit charged at checkin that was not mentioned before arriving. No complimentary water as advertised but rather $5 Evian waters tempted in the room—I thought this was funny. Room temperature is controlled by hotel. Could not go lower than 67 degrees. For the price, a complimentary breakfast would be fitting but not offered. I did like that the pool has extend pool hours but that’s about it. Would not go out of my way to come back here again.

For a Casino hotel I expected there to be at least a continental breakfast. We also couldn’t have dinner because the hotel restaurants were closed by 6pm and the two restaurants available weee in the casino where my 15 yr old was not allowed in because of casino laws. They have no room service so we had. To resort to leaving the hotel to find dinner.

When i arrived to check in, there were only 2 staff at front desks on friday @7. There were a group of 8 ahead of me. Mandi was waiting on 2 women with no urgency to get through the process, they just kept casually talking knowing full well the line was getting longer and longer! After about a 10 to 12 minute checkin for them, they could probably see i was irrated and they finally moved on. My checkin took less than a minute because i know its important to get guests waited on. I was quite irritated as well as the people behind me. The room was clean, the casino was great, just that Mandi needed to handle the situation better.
