The staff at check in were not motivated to help and neither one gave proper instructions for finding the entrance to TOWER 1 as another group was asking me how to get in and said the man who checked them didn’t give good directions. There’s no sign to be seen from the parking area. The woman who checked me in was stretching and didn’t greet me appropriately. The halls and elevator floors needed cleaning. The door on the bathroom in our room hadn’t been dusted for months by the look of it.

It was just ok, not great but not terrible either. The place was clean and the staff I did see were friendly. Expedia said they had free continental breakfast which they did not, the pillows were tiny and blankets thin, luckily we brought our own.

The room we had was nice, the cleanliness was not so nice. There was build up of dust bunnies behind the bed, which is noticeable when you are sitting on the chair. Our bath mat for the floor for the shower had a long black hair on it and there was dust and partials on the floor. The staff on the other hand was outstanding!!! Every staff member we came across was unbelievably nice and helpful as well!!!
