Well it was okay but when I went to charge my phone there was no outlets by the bed which I found odd because usually they are on the lamps themselves or there is outlets right by the bed so that was a little disappointing plus no pens or tv guide. I like bar soap for my shower not shower soap out of a bottle. Don’t know if I could stay there again

I booked a room for the very night I was scheduling it due to a work event (not 24 hours in advance). A couple hours later there was a very unexpected death in my family. I called the hotel and Expedia about requesting a refund or at least a credit for another night. I offered to provide documentation to show it was unexpected, however the hotel refused a refund or a credit for a different night because I “didn’t follow their 24 cancellation policy”. I feel that rules are rules but emergencies happen and the manager was still unwilling to help during one of the most trying times in my life. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel due to the simple fact that they cared more about money than earning a positive reputation and a loyal customer. They got money for one night but lost every other night I would have booked in the future.

We stayed in town for a concert and the area was so close to everything we needed. The bathroom was great and the breakfast was great. There’s a sign in the front lobby of a cows and it provides quite a bit of serotonin. 10/10 recommend
