I am unable to give a review of this property as we never completed our stay at this place. We had made a reservation ten days in advance of our trip, however due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our trip. The property would not cancel our room reservation nor would they refund the money. I am sorry but can't possibly give your property a positive review.

A tad bit disappointed.
Check in was very cold and unfriendly. The receptionist was not very welcoming and did not offer any information on the hotel amenities, check out time, local recommendations, breakfast options, etc. A wet pool and towel was laying on the floor after exiting the elevator, and old food and trash was left in the trash receptacle by the elevators on floor 2. There was also food bags and trash outside a room for hours upon arrival and overnight just down the hall.

Beautiful place. The place was willing to let me check im early due to us arriving early after our 15 hour drive. Paid $75 for early check-in. They asked for my card for hundred dollar deposit. I paid the hundredshe said i will get it back when i check out. Then she gave me my room keys. I said what about the $75 early check in. She goes oh i will run it later! So what your telling me is i will be getting $25 dollars back not $100. Then the A/C in our room was just not working. They eventually got it going. Went about our weekend. Went to check out told them there was a lamp that was broken. She told me its been broken for a long time. Said she printed me a accidental paper for my refund . And the paper was early check in paper. Nothing about accidental. I told her do you understand why im confused. She said contact your bank. And i left!

The bed was hard and sheets seem to have starch. But it was a nice bulding. Whirlpool and swimming pool, restaurant were nice.
