The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds and bathroom were spotless but the carpet in the room was heavily stained and dirty looking. Breakfast was excellent and again very pleasant and helpful staff.

Small and cramped standard room.
Room extremely small and cramped. No larger rooms available when we asked which is understandable because anyone given a regular room would have requested a karger one !! Hanging space inadequate. Inadequate provision of sockets particularly USB. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT !!

Night out in Glasgow
Nice friendly hotel in the heart of city centre. Next to Queen St Station, just a short walk away. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We had only booked the one night as this was a treat before Xmas, but wouls cvertainly go back

Staff at the hotel were exceptional - really professional and keen to make our stay the best it possibly could be. My dietary needs were fully met and the waitress in the restaurant really was kind and attentive at breakfast. when we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room as we were attending a wedding and had lots of clothes etc. wonderful stay.

Nice hotel, good location, breakfast options are not acceptable, if a hotel advertises as catering for allergies then i dont think it is too much to expect the hotel to know what a food allergy is, the head of catering didnt know what gluten was, she went and asked the chef and came back and said the chef didnt know what gluten was either and they had to phone another chef to find out what it was and then had to send someone to the shop to get gluten free bread and still managed to bring me out unsuitable food , twice. I was not impressed

Pretty decently placed, the parking is good and close and while it is first come ,first served there were always at least a couple free and quite often half the lot empty
