This was a super hotel pick. lovely comfy beds, modern decor, really quick checkin. Would highly recommend. Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants and sight seeing in glasgow

Friendly, kind staff in a well located hotel
In general, such friendly, kind staff. The hotel is attractive, well-located and has a nice breakfast buffet. Everything was kept clean and tidy, I saw a coffee spill happen and ten minutes later the lift had no signs of it: miraculous!

The front desk personnel were very helpful, providing information about Glasgow and making arrangements. The room was fine. It was quiet, well stocked with coffee and water. When we mentioned that the soap dispenser had been taken off the wall and not replaced, it was fixed that day. The only service that was noticeably not helpful was their bar/restaurant.

We received a complimentary drink as we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. This was very unexpected and thoughtful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and such a huge choice of food at the continental buffet.

Nice hotel in the center of Glasgow
Great location not far from the Glasgow Central train station, very nice room, great style, modern and clean. Staff was friendly. The shower was really nice.
