Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Room was not cleaned properly as the laminate floor was sticky in some spots, cleaning staff decided they needed to vacuum the hallway right outside our room door at 7pm. We had our little kids with us and were trying to put them to bed at the time. Website does say breakfast included, but it is a breakfast-to-go bag with an apple (or orange), yogurt, granola bar, and a donut. Area is very nice being situated right in downtown core though.

Staff were not friendly and finished their conversation for 5 minuyes before assisting us with checkin. Underground parking is amazing. Property is being renovated. Room was half finished. Bathroom door would not close. It was bigger than the door frame. Great pillows. Bed was hard. Bedding was clean. Pool area was good. The area was really quiet. Lots of people using drugs outside. Although they didnt come near the property, they were across the street

Traveling with two parakeets in a cage vectored us onto the first floor with car alarms just outside the window in the alley, a barking dog, and revelers returning after bar closing. Two towel racks were broken from the walls. It might be nice when they finish revovating the restaurant and lounge.

The pictures online made it look like it was nicely renovated, but it was a different story once we arrived. The laminate floor was bubbling and lifting, the “desk” had a broken leg, the curtains weren’t long enough to black out the room, the bed frames are metal so every time you bumped it with your leg or foot it made a horrible noise. The bathroom was dirty, long dark hair all over the floor. Breakfast was a pre-packaged donut. I understand that you get what you pay for, but for almost 200$, this was awful.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, then this is an appropriate place. They have a parking lot underneath. The front desk lady was polite. They have a bag breakfast that we initially didn't like, but i appreciated the fruit and the maple long donut was surprisingly good when we ate it later in our trip. The room was renovated and was okay. One of the lights didn't even have a lightbulb in it. The bed was fine and we appreciated the mini fridge. However, the bathroom smelled like weed when we arrived. The window to the room was also opened when we arrived, so we think someone was trying to air out the place. The bath tub was full of stains, there were used toiletries at both the sink and on top of the towels in the bathroom. There was unflushed poop in the toilet and so many curly beard shavings all over the sink. Gross!!! It's like they just cleaned the bedroom and forgot about the bathroom or someone used it while on their shift.
