You can certainly tell the age of this building but it has been maintained very well. The room floors do squeak a lot and the shower is what you’d see in a gym. We had the double room. Breakfast was adequate since we don’t eat a lot for breakfast. They had small boxes of cereal, bread, yogurt, small muffins and juice boxes. In a fridge, they have 3 frozen options, a veggie frittata, burrito, and hash pie. Parking options were good, including a large garage. It is not heated by any means; it was often colder in there than it was outside.

My husband and I stayed here while attending a concert at the Newberry and loved it. The location was perfect and walkable to the venue. Easy and free parking - staff was wonderful and helpful- the on-site restaurant had good food and drinks and you don’t even have to go outside to get there. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a good shower. The only thing that bothered me was that our thermostat didn’t work. The temp remained at 73 no matter what we did
