We have a great stay this weekend! Loved the hot tub being open till midnight for adults and 10:30pm for kids! Very clean and loved the location! It’s not our first stay here. We love coming back!

We had a little difficulty at the check in. I paid online so as to use some Hotels.com rewards but when we got there they took my credit card for incidentals hold and charged for the whole room. Still working on getting credit returned for overcharge.

My main shower head was broken only thr handle one worked. It was hard to find help. Whenever i saw a cart in the hallway i couldnt find a maid. There was dirty linens left in the hallways almost all day. Our shower had mold. When i booked the room the pics i was shown had a balcony, when i arrived i wasnt given one. When i mentioned a balcony they said i didn't ask for one but when booking it didnt give an option.
