Had to wait in lobby for reservation to load into there system.. Room was in rough shape and we had no hot water to shower. Aslo picked tgis hotel for hot tub in pool area and it was closed waiting repair. Overall bot a pleasant stay

Housekeeping forgot to re-stock the TP in the room. Limited dining was further limited by being out of key menu ingredients, which led to a cc transaction void, that no one in the restaurant knew how to do. Thankfully the worker stayed with it successfully and the chef delivered my new order to my room.
