I stayed for 2 nights. Very clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with a wonderful breakfast spot, coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant on the same block. Thankfully, the staff let me know that the master switches when you first enter allow you to run all the lights in the room. The walk-in shower entry could be tricky for someone with mobility issues so caution if that’s your situation. Highly Recommend!

The first room we received was incredibly small and not near our wedding party at all. As soon as I requested a new room they made it happen. Great staff. The new room was bigger but only has a queen bed, super strange for a bigger room. We called about the blind not working at the beginning of a 2 night stay and nothing was done about it. I also asked for additional coffee for the room, but they couldn’t get any or didn’t know where it was. Also strange. They did give us free coffee from the front. So again, great service. Floor was also a little dirty.

The room was perfect for a simple one night stay after a concert. The room was clean and check in/out was easy. The location was great and walkable to several bars and restaurants as well as to the concert venue. Parking was a little expensive- $46 to park at the Monroe parking ramp from 4pm to 10:30 am the next day.

The hotel staff were great, the room was clean, up to date. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. Only downside is i booked a room with a double bed and it was quite small but that was on me. Just odd they charge more for a queen or king
