Great location, very nice front desk staff, good buffet breakfast and comfy bed and pillows. Due to this being an old hotel the first floor rooms smell of stale cigarettes and they are dark since the sliding door opens into an enclosed atrium. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition, Would definitely stay here again but will request an exterior second floor room the next time.

Front desk check in was awesome. Very good breakfast. Room smelled too much like some kind of cleaner. Killed a small spider. Internet did not work at all in the evening but was blazing fast in the morning. It was once a fabulous hotel but is in need of a makeover

The property is very rundown. Rooms are cheap and shabby. Walls/doors very thin -- i could hear people walking in the hallways all night long. A bus of teenagers were "partying" in th atrium -- VERY noisy.

This place is huge and hard to get around. Elevator took 15 minutes to find and our room took just as long with many wrong turns. The hotel looks like a prison. Not very pleasing to the eye.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful... a very nice start and finish to our stay. Having breakfast was very helpful especially given our busy schedule. The room was clean. However on the second day I noticed the ledge of the bathtub was dirty. Curious. Having more kleenex would be nice. Overall a good place to stay.
