Great location super pet friendly.
Visited this weekend to see our daughter. Great property, location was great. Only issue was the internet and TV in family room was not working. Staff tried to help, but super inconvenient since we both had to work and spend over an hour of our time trying to figure it out. Overall great stay.

Great
The house was clean, the neighborhood felt safe, and neighbors were quiet. Beds were comfortable. The house is close to downtown, and centrally located. Our stay was very nice.

Cute but HOT
Overall, this is a very cute house. Nice decor and amenities. A few things here and there (no grass on the property, a little hard for my dog and the front wooden steps are a little shaky). The location is good, somewhat close to downtown and events. However, one big issue needs to be addressed for health and safety. One of the bedrooms is the upstairs attic. In Grand Junction, in the summer, it can get dangerously hot up there. There is only one little window A/C unit in the closet which cannot compete with the heat. It got to 90 degrees when we were there and was very uncomfortable and not possible to sleep in. Luckily we only had 4 people so could move to the downstairs bedroom with a trundle/day bed, but it's definitely worth noting for property management and/or if you come in the summer with 6 people and all the beds are full -- the heat up there could cause severe issues for people. Additionally, the ice maker in the freezer didn't work and the fan on the back deck didn't work either. Lastly, I reached out to property management several times (via text, email, and VRBO) with check-in questions and they never replied.

Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome cottage. It was very well kept clean and easily accessible for everything that we wanted to go visit and see in Grand Junction. The beds were very comfortable actually and it was very cozy sitting in the living room and dining area at the end of the day.

Spent a couple nights with our family after the conclusion of RMAC swim and dive championships. Great place for hanging out, walking to downtown or getting to/from any place in the valley.

Exactly as described
The check-in and check-out process was excellent. The property was very clean and exactly as we anticipated it would be. We appreciated the fully fenced backyard and dog dishes near the back door. We had a glitch with wifi, and the property manager was super responsive, helping us to figure it out quickly (super important when traveling with teens). Would stay here again when visiting family in GJ.

Perfect place
This home fit our needs perfectly. Spotlessly clean and 0.9 miles from rhe CMU campus, which is where we needed to be for our trip. Yard was 100% gravel but completely safe for our pups. I felt comfortable walking them alone at night, and Starbucks was 15 minutes away in the morning. Beds and bedding were great! Will use it again!

Perfect place for a small family
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host is extremely responsive and got back to me within minutes each time. The house is well located, and set up well. The back yard covered patio is very enjoyable, with a ceiling fan, solar lighting, and shade. The space is furnished well, in a way to accommodate as many people as possible, while still feeling comfortable. There is a very reasonable list of things to do when you leave, and we will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Great stay
Cute property close to campus and downtown Grand Junction. We enjoyed the gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and fenced backyard. The property was cutely decorated. We appreciated the extra supplies this property had on hand (aluminum foil, Saran wrap, Q-tips, Kleenex, trash bags, plenty of laundry soap and dishwasher detergent, etc.). Definitely would stay here again.
