One of a Kind
We were looking for somewhere to stay for our family trip to the Grand Canyon, when we saw this place. We have stayed at many vacation rentals in the past, and were looking for something out of the ordinary. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and helpful. We enjoyed the alpaca ranch tour and meeting all of the animals on the ranch. This was a one of a kind stay for us and our two teens. It was within close proximity to the GC- for our day trips, and Williams - where we enjoyed local places to eat, and even saw a vintage car parade down Rt 66! The home itself was private, clean, and filled with everything we needed for our stay. The owners do a fabulous job providing all of the necessities for a fabulous stay!

Exceptionally Amazing
We loved our stay at Mystic Pines. The VRBO is located on the owners ranch property. The property was a poster-property for cleanliness and the VBRO itself was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed at in our lives. The VRBO is incredibly cute and beautifully designed. Easy access in and out. Very very peaceful. We stayed here on our 3 day visit to the Grand Canyon. The owners are truly wonderful people. Thank you for sharing this amazing VRBO with us and taking the time to answer all our questions! Our very best wishes to you!

Where to start! This was probably one of our favorite stops on our vacation. The hosts are two amazing people who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The tour of the Alpaca ranch was so informative and fun. The living conditions were top notch, clean and comfortable for our family of five. We highly recommend this to others!

Book it now!
My 2 sons and I had such a wonderful stay at the alpaca ranch. The property is beautiful and the home is just as gorgeous and cozy. We felt like we were living in a pottery barn treehouse for 3 days. Perfect distance from the traffic of the canyon but still an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful. The hosts, Rob and Donna were so welcoming. We loved the tour of the property and mill and meeting all their adorable animals. I’ve had less than ideal experiences with other properties, but this one did not disappoint! We wanted to move in and never leave. It was so clean and comfortable, exactly what you want from a vacation retreat and so much more. Thank you Rob and Donna, we will be back someday!

Cozy and safe
My two kids (age 9 and 11) and I stayed here while my husband was stationed up the road for his elk hunt with his hunting group. The property was cozy and clean. We felt safe knowing Rob and Donna’s property was right next door. They were wonderful hosts and greeted us when we arrived and wished us farewell on the morning we left. We loved the farm fresh eggs that were left in the fridge and appreciated the tea, coffee, creamer, and extra toiletries for our stay. The kids loved the farm and went to say hello to Molly and Murphy every day! Thank you Rob and Donna for providing such a great home away from home.

Mystic Pines for the win!
My family and I had such a great experience at this property! There was so much character and charm to the rental and it was so clean and nice. We loved the tour of the alpaca farm and mill where they process the alpaca wool. My kids loved the pups as well, Murphy and Molly were very sweet and my kids still talk about them. We honestly talk about where we stayed and our experience there just as much as the rest of our trip, which included the Grand Canyon (which the rental is very close to)! Rob and Donna are such nice people that went above and beyond making us feel welcome and helped us as we dealt with an unfortunate flat tire situation with our rental car on our way up. We can’t recommend this property enough, it truly is a hidden gem!

Exceeded my expectations
This place was wonderful!! Donna and Rob greeted us (in the rain) and helped us bring our bags in. Now we’d been on the road for 2 months, so we had lots of bags! The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable which is always great. We met the alpaca. So fun. I think Ollie had a crush on me! I am a knitter so loved the tour of the space where they processed the yarn. Rob was great and totally got my humor. (Right Rob?) I couldn’t leave without purchasing yarn with the help of their daughter, Ashley. I would most definitely come back here again. You simply can’t go wrong.

Amazing Experience
My family and I had an ideal visit to the Grand Canyon, and staying at this property enhanced our vacation even further. We were greeted by our hosts upon arrival which we really loved. They are the most friendly couple you can meet. They treated us like family, letting our daughter pet the dogs and alpacas. We had a great tour of the alpacas and factory. The place itself is charming. Every detail is top notch. The beds were super comfortable, and the view in the morning is breathtaking. Donna even had fresh eggs from their chickens for us. The location is perfect as it's minutes from Williams, but situated near the Grand Canyon (about 45 minutes). We were sad to leave as we enjoyed every minute at this wonderful place.

This property deserves 10 stars!
The opportunity to stay at a property with alpacas lured me to this gem of a VRBO. The owners, Donna and Rob extend hospitality far beyond introducing their animals. The guest house is impeccable, clean, comfortable and with every convenience. They exceeded our expectations and graciously allowed us to tour and learn about their fiber processing business. They deserve far more than a 5 star rating.

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet place off the beaten path then this is the place to be. The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean and with great attention to detail. Rob and Donna are gracious hosts and their family of animals (alpacas, dogs, cats, and chickens) are wonderful. The tour of their fiber mill is an added bonus. Rob and Donna are hard working people as you will from the fabulous space they have created.

We could have not asked for a better time! The property and the owners are amazing. We went for my daughters birthday and as we were leaving she said "Next year can we come back? " The location is perfect if you want to visit the Grand Canyon and Williams, but set back far enough to have peace and quite. The property is clean and cozy. The tour of the farm was amazing and the dogs and the alpacas where a highlight of the trip. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us and letting us make family memories.

Fantastic place with furry friends!
Wonderful and unique place. Family of four with two teenage boys stayed here two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon south rim. Easy 45 minutes to the canyon. Comfortable and clean living space; cozy for the four of us, but we were out and hiking most of the time. Alpacas and dogs were fun and our tour of the mill was really interesting. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!
Our stay was wonderful! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved having the option to cook in the full kitchen. The kitchen had pots and pans and dishes, which was very nice. The overall property was beautiful and we loved the tour of the alpaca farm and fiber mill. The property owners were friendly, helpful, and easily contacted. And the location of the property was in a great place where we could easily make day visits to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We loved our stay here! Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful place. I was told I got an A+ on the selection. Rob and Donna were so welcoming. The home was perfect, just what was needed for a few days away. My granddaughter loved going to see the Alpacas and chickens. Let's not forget Murphy and Molly. I am hoping to get up this way again soon. Highly recommend to anyone going North.

Heaven in Williams
This was, by far, our favorite stay during our Arizona road trip!! The perfectly clean home is nestled in 10 acres of shady trees with beams of warm sunshine peering through. Bluebirds and bunnies running about..... not exaggerating, this is serious storybook material! Alpacas greeted us in the morning with funny hairdos, roosters crowed, and Molly & Murphy (the pure-white beautiful Alpaca watch dogs) could not get enough love from us. This is the kind of place that makes you rethink life! We received an amazing tour of the mill from Rob & Donna. To learn what they have created with perseverance and hard work is truly inspiring.... it’s obvious that their creation is made with love, passion, and kindness. If you’re considering reserving this property you won’t be disappointed! 🦙

Comfortable stay complete with alpacas!
We had a great experience staying at Rob & Donna's guest house. The property is located about an hour from the Grand Canyon, and about 20-30 minutes from the town area with shops and restaurants. The guest house was very comfortable, complete with kitchen, living room with smart TV, and the most tranquil patio to enjoy morning coffee . Rob & Donna were very friendly and introduced us to their alpacas - the best part of the whole stay, in my opinion! We felt very welcomed and at home here, and would definitely stay again!
