We stayed in the pet-friendly rooms. The floor was imitation wood ceramic tile. Bathrooms were clean and fairly modern. Breakfast was a treat. The staff were very nice to us. I would stay there again, no problem.

We arrived checked in found our room very clean. But the tv did not work the a/c did not work when I reported to front desk they told me to pull out the plugs and try again. At 02.30 am I went down the the desk asked again was told would get a refund after several calls to the desk nothing was done till the next day. No record on file about my refund. Staff was not interested in my concerns. Lovely hotel spoiled my staff.
