Worst room that I've ever had in Tusayan. Very loud ice machine located right across the hall; the room was dark and looked like it was furnished in the 1970s; where there should have been Grand Canyon pictures on the wall, there were simply nails. I think that I got the room that was reserved for 3rd party payers (Travelocity, please note this).

Great hotel conveniently located to The Grand Cany
Stayed as part of a trip to the Grand Canyon. Minutes to the park and with access to restaurants both in the hotel and down the road. No complaints, except walls were a bit thin and the floors were dirty. We were in the pet friendly room so can’t speak to the other room types. Overall great experience with great service.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the poor service from the front desk staff (Heather) The initial representative I met was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, refusing to provide directions to my room. I asked another staff member for assistance, but they gave me incorrect directions, leaving me to wander around the hotel for 10 minutes. Fortunately, a hotel worker named Lateefa finally came to my aid and escorted me to my room. Her kindness and helpfulness were a stark contrast to the front desk staff. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide to stay elsewhere on my next visit.
