Property is easy to find but currently under renovation. I’m sure it will be spectacular once finished. For now, the lobby is hard to find and rooms are a bit dirty/dated. You MUST use the bar and restaurant. The bartender was top notch.

I liked this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is clearly remodeling and updating so some areas are worn and need attention still but once they finish it will be an overall nice hotel.

Stop-over to Sedona and Grand Canyon
Front desk staffs and cleaning crew were very friendly, polite and helpful! Great location. A lot of guests really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant was also good... and accommodating. We arrived at 945pm an still served us even when they close at 10pm. There is construction in the exteriors of the property but construction crew manage to minimize the disturbance to guests. Good place for a great price.

I Arrived at this property at 12:30 Am after a long drive . Despite my exhaustion .i cheerfully inquired if it’s possible to have a room on the first floor where I can park my car closer. I was extremely surprised from the response I got . The man at the front desk raised his both arms up to the air annoyed & said that’s the only choice anyway & there’s no parking close to that room , there’s construction trucks currently park there. I was almost speechless . I never encountered that kind of attitude in my life . Then waken up by 6 am , construction workers talking by our windows w trucks running. My comment is not to be critical but hopefully for improvement & make this world better.
