the room was dirty and I felt like the sheets had not been changed. Because it was raining, the water came everywhere. We informed the staff and they just moved the bed, but when moving the bed the feet of the bed broke, so during the night while we were sleeping the slatted frame fell over, so we had to try to sleep backwards.
When we woke up in the morning, the carpet was soaked with water
Unique experience with kids. The price is on a little higher side though. There’s not much food choices. If you are going Grand Canyon more Hotel and food choices in the village.
Friendly staff, but the rooms are very deteriorated and not very clean. Towels were still wet from the laundry, rugs and floors were dusty!the experience was ok. We only stay one night.
My wife and I could only stay 1 night and we really regretted not having been there for more days, beautiful place, incredible activities and the very friendly staff! Alfredo was incredible and helped us in everything.
We'll be back..
A really unique and fantastic experience. Great location for the Grand Canyon. Lots of family fun activities. Really cool sleeping arrangements. Yet, it still had a rustic, natural feel. Fantastic staff. We had a great time.
The experience is unique, but they don’t offer cleaning options on a daily basis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The domes are a bit old and need upgrades. Overall, we enjoyed the property and activities.

Liked: Staff & service
The property is a bit run down for what they are charging nightly. I wouldn't necesarily call it glamping. The ac didnt really work. Wall paper perling and unit was dirty
The staffs are really friendly. The playground is fun for kids. The location is perfect for viewing starts at night time. The only downside is that the tent doesn’t prevent heat coming in. The room temperature can go up to 90 degrees during the summer. And their AC was not powerful enough to cool down the entire unit.
It is a unique experience to be in the desert. None of the driving or parking areas are paved. You will have to eat on site extremely small town. The domes are average cleanliness. We had some flys and a couple spiders. If you stay in June it will get chilly in the dome at night. Not a big deal though. Wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t discourage someone from staying. It’s a different experience than staying in a hotel. I would say a mixture of hotel with camping.
