Living Space: The living room and kitchen are part of an open-plan design, providing ample opportunity for interaction with family and friends while cooking.

Laundry Facilities: Guests have access to a full-size washing machine and tumble dryer.

Wigwam is located in a gated community to ensure your safety and privacy. To facilitate a seamless experience at the gate, we kindly request the names of all drivers who will be accessing the property. The house is equipped with keyless entry for your convenience. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to provide the property address, the key code, and to confirm that all designated drivers have been added to the guest list. This way, you can enjoy a smooth entrance and start your stay worry-free. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.
1. Every hour after 11:00 a.m. that the cabin and grounds are occupied, $50 will be charged.
2. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or drugs allowed. Evidence of such will result in a $500 recovery fee.
3. NO fireworks allowed. NO candles allowed.
