Window was open to air out the room. Which didn’t help the smell was horrible. The toilet was leaking into the room, we were in a hurry to get to an event and had been told that was the last room. So we stayed, but got out as soon as we got up!

Carpets are filthy, towels stained, shower needs repaired including toilet paper holder. Breakfast hot water not hot, water cooler not chilled. We asked were the ice machine was at, went to other end of property, not working. Mentioned it to gentlemen that gave us directions and he said 'oh, yea, maintenance will be fixing today, DAH! Was inexpensive however be prepared.

We didn't get past the lobby! When we entered the parking lot, there were only a few cars (much less than expected for the time of evening we arrived). We entered the lobby and was hit by a wall of stink & heat, I have no idea what smells that bad! It was warm outside (lower 90's) and the lobby wasn't cool at all. There was no staff at the front desk. We sat there long enough to discuss what we wanted to do for several minutes and by the time we left, still no staff anywhere. I've never had this terrible of an experience at a motel/hotel before. We left the property and went somewhere else for the night.

The property looks like its going through various stages of remodeling. It will probably be much nicer when finished. The bed was clean and comfortable but furnishings were very used. Bathroom floor needs new tiles. The desk clerk was very nice and welcoming.

I love the people there… just saw a few roaches in bathroom but because the staff was great given this isn’t a 5star hotel I wasn’t surprised. But other than that it met my needs for the reason I had to stay there.
