My mom came. And she’s short. So it was very hard for her to get in the bed. We eventually had to lay the pillow that was on the not the sofa, but the chair. To try to see if that would maybe raise her out to get in the bed. But it kind of didn’t kind of did not. So far on the handicap rooms. I guess you need to figure out if there’s a way you can lower the beds and a little bit. The service was extremely great. I needed something to be printed. And because the computer did not work at that time, she told me email it to their website or their address and then she printed it for me. So that was very very thoughtful.

Hotel Remodel in Process
The room was loud, we could hear every door on our floor closing, the toilet drained all night, the carpet was very stained. Remodeling of the hotel was in progress, not sure how long that will go on.

Clean and quiet. The toilet paper roll was really far from the toilet, and there was no body soap in the shower but all in all it was great.

TERRIBLE
Check in is at 3pm- we arrived at 4:31PM. We got to our room, it had not been cleaned yet. We notified the front desk, and then we stood in the hallway with our 3 children for almost 40 minutes waiting for them to come and clean our room. Once entering the room, there was water damage & mold. We found 3 dead crickets. A cockroach. And glasses and eye lashes in the pull out sofa. I have contacted the front desk to get some sort of compensation for this stay, and was told I’d receive a call back. Nothing yet. We will never be coming back.

Rooms not ready an hour and a half after check in. Roaches in the hallway and our rooom. Shower had dental floss left from previous guest. Ice machine did not work on our floor. View from back window was absolute trash everywhere. I understand they are under construction but it is spread everywhere, not unused material, just trash. I did notify the staff of the mess and pests but no resolution was offered. Have stayed here many times in the past so this was a huge disappointment. Will not be returning.
