A brand new house-viewpoint, brand new, is located in the famous Bola de Oro neighborhood, one of the most prestigious and quiet areas of Granada, very close to the highway which saves the time to leave the city.
The Villa has a constructed area of 352m² plus terraces and a pool, with views of the Sierra Nevada, the Alhambra and the Vega. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 5 very bright bedrooms with beautiful views of Granada.
The majestic hall that leads to a spectacular terrace literally overlooks the city, an authentic viewpoint with beautiful views of the city of Granada and its surroundings. It is a privilege to enjoy the play of sunset lights in the afternoon. Next to the living room there is a new and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright bedroom.
The upper floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 en suite and the main one with living room and dressing room. From this floor you access the upper terrace with fantastic views.

For the comfort of our guests, a comfortable and majestic hall has been prepared to share moments, celebrations and spend moments of rest or work quietly, enjoying wonderful views without leaving home. Apart they have a nice and new kitchen with all kinds of utensils to cook comfortably.

In this house there are no parking problems, the garage area is very large and can accommodate up to 3 cars. For more cars, in the street where the house is located, there is always a place available to park quietly.
