Within walking distance.
This hotel is in the perfect location, and for the money, an excellent deal. The staff were always available if needed, but not in the way. All of Granada is walking distance from here, even the bus station. Only twenty five minutes. Our only problem was the wifi signal. Much of the room was out of reach, and so a lot of strategic positioning was required. However, we would still recomend this hotel.
Quaint old building on good bus routes.
The room was delightful with its own Juliette balcony and a quaint vanity. I had a key to a “private” bathroom with shower and toilette and there was a shower and toilet across the hall. I had no problems with it not being en-suite. Comfortable bed. Staff were as helpful as the could be but spoke no English. The No. 33 Bus from the Bus Terminal stops virtually at the entrance and is frequent (every 6 minutes or so). And getting around from the Pension is easy. Great value for money. For cooling the room has a ceiling fan. This may be an issue in the heat of summer. In November it was not a problem.
I was looking for a cheap place to stay that was close to the city and this gave me exactly what I needed. I'm a big believer in keeping my trips cheap so I can take more of them and this was a no frills joint but with very nice people at the desk and they let me keep some things in the frig. The only thing I was disappointed in was no air conditioning. The ceiling fan keep it relatively cool but ac would have been great. It wasn't listed so it was my mistake.
Keep in mind that you are getting a great price so be ready for a bare bones room with a TV the size of a postage stamp, hey, I don't watch TV on vacation, and a shower that's laughably small. I mean, I was laughing in the shower.
No surprises and it felt safe and was relatively quiet. Sometimes something would drop next door and jolt me out of bed like they were dropping 3 pound ball bearings but it only happened a couple of times.

2 days in Granada
Apart from a local map the receptionists couldn't offer any help regarding the tourist areas of Granada. Still we managed to find our way around and the hop-on hop-off bus stopped only a few feet away from the hotel. There was a local supermarket around the corner. For the price we couldn't fault the accommodation.

Basic but good value. would stay again
Really enjoyed our stay here. Had two rooms. Room on street side was noisy but had the benefit of a terrace. It is pretty basic but clean and secure. Great value.
Bed was so warm and comfortable.Had a queen to share with my friend even thigh we asked for two singles. We were only there for a night so it wasn't that big of a deal. There was a balcony and private bathroom. Couldn't figure out how to tien on the tv. The staff was nice. They allowed us to store our bags before and after check out. Room also had a balcony and come with water, glasses, and butterscotch candies.
Staff is very kind and comfort.
And clean and comfort kitchen provide the things what i wanted.
But i've stayed only one night in dormitory so not sure for another rooms. And a little bit hard to find.
However, i can strongly recommend if you're a backpacker.
Excellent location and they upgraded our room to the VIP suite on the top floor. Lovely owner and the man speaks very good English. The wifi wasn't good on the top floor but we just sat on the steps and then it was fine.
BED BUGS!
Hotel was in a great location but we were woken up at 4am when our bed was swarming with huge bed bugs. We called the manager who accused us of bringing the bed bugs. The bed bugs were mature and when I looked under the sheet you could see them burrowing out of the mattress, they had obviously been inhabiting the mattress for a very long time. We were put into a new room which was much cleaner but the sheets were still paper thin and the springs were obtruding out of the mattress. Manager was very rude, the only positive of this hotel is the location.
We stayed two nights. The staff were very helpful. The room was small but adequate with balcony windows on to the road; we were not disturbed by external noise.
Room is tastefully decrorated with nice pastel bedcovers. Toilet is modern and very clean. Wifi in the room is good. Hotel staff is very friendly, speak good English, very professional and gave useful advice on what we should do. Though there is no air con, the ceiling fans provide really cool comfort. Location is only 10 min walk away from the train station and very convenient to places of interest. This hotel deserves a full score from me.
The quality of service was good as the hotel manager helped us alot with the stay. Ask for him if you book the room. But, the hotel amenities and quality is very low. Do not expect anything you can may still be disappointed.
the concition of the room really suitable for family, i went there with my parents
the price is reasonable and i can say it quite cheaper though!
the room is big
however it quite cold, and the socket is only 1 in the toilet
