Would be 5 but for the shower
All good except the shower which was poorly designed. It is a tub-shower combination and once the shower is activated there is no changing the water temperature. Service attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Bar on terrace was a nice addition.

We had a really rough start finding but parking garage, but the staff was incredibly helpful with assisting us to the correct location. We cannot say enough about the front desk workers. They all went above and beyond. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Grenada.

Absolutely super hotel with the BEST rooftop view of Granada that includes the Alhambra and the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and generous with choice. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, full size good quality products in bathrooms. Staff were incredibly lovely, kind and helpful.
