Beautifully located off one of Gramado's main avenues, the place is impeccable and of easy access, not to mention very affordable. The staff is extremely helpful and the food options around are good and inexpensive. If you're looking for a relaxing time, this is your place.

Pousada aconchegante! Simples, mas bem cuidada. A localização boa, tanto para o centro de Gramado quanto para Canela, mas estávamos de veículo alugado o que tudo fica mais próximo entre 5 a 9 min para os principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variação no quesito pães e salgados, a parte de doces espetacular, tudo feito na própria pousada e uma delicia.

Assim que cheguei confesso não ter gostado porque peguei o quarto do segundo andar de frente para pista e era muito barulho (suíte superior com hidro). Não dormi na primeira noite mas depois fui acostumando. Em relação ao atendimento e limpeza é 100% O café da manhã tem o básico porém é muito gostoso. O conforto da cama tem que gostar de colchão com mola e Queen, eu que estou acostumada com cama King master estranhei mas me adaptei. Os funcionários são gentis e receptivos. Amei!

Excelente estadia na Pousada Borô!
Gostamos bastante da nossa estadia na Borô! A Pousada é bem localizada (próxima ao Centro estando de carro), o atendimento é excelente (destacamos a Sabrina, super prestativa e atenciosa), o café da manhã é muito bom (com muitas opções boas especialmente de doces) e o quarto era muito limpo e bem organizado. Para a alta temporada, gostamos do custo-benefício (mas existem opções mais baratas com benefício menor).

Achei o quarto onde fiquei muito ruim devido ser na entrada e muito barulho durante a madrugada e na parte de cima que acredito que seja a área de café, achei muito ruim também a parte do estacionamento que não tem para todos tendo que deixar a chave durante a noite ou ir mover o veículo durante o dia! Café da manhã e atendimento ótimo...hotel muito bem arrumado e organizado.

A pousada é excelente! Café da manhã maravilhoso. Cama, frigobar, banheira e ducha excelentes. O quarto é bem espaçoso, mas o apartamento 406 tem um probleminha com a porta da entrada. Ela não veda muito bem e tem um vão na parte de baixo, que entra um pouco de vento. E com os 2 graus que fez, o frio entrava no quarto. Também me acordei todos os dias com barulho das pessoas subindo as escadas para ir tomar café da manhã, talvez por causa desse vão na porta. E a maçaneta não estava fechando a porta também, precisava chavear para a porta não ficar aberta. Corrigindo esses detalhes da porta desse apartamento vai ficar 100%.
