- The community has lots of amenities, including year round pool, lake, activities etc. Passes are available for guest purchase. Please scroll down to "Other details to note" section for list of amenities, pass pricing etc.
- Noise/Speeding/Rules: Due to prior disturbances, the community has become very strict. Please keep down any outside noise, especially after dark, and remember to respect the neighbors' comfort by the property, and in public spaces, as well as to adhere to the strict 25mph community speed limit. Fines are in the $100s, full responsibility of the guest, and can cause our ability to rent to be revoked indefinitely - Please, let's help each other avoid big problems. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Parking: The long driveway can easily fit guests' vehicles. Street parking is not allowed.
- NOTE: 6th sleeping area is NOT a bedroom - it is a (quite comfortable actually) fold out sofa that converts to 2 sleeping spaces, located on the loft. VRBO doesn't have a way to list it unless we do it as a BDR. Just want to clear any confusion pre-booking. The place is a 5 bed/3 full bath w. the extra 2 sleeping spaces in the loft.

★ Registration:★
The community requires each group of guests to fill in a "Rental Application Form". They are very strict w. this, so please read carefully:
➼ We must receive your fully, correctly completed form at least 72 hours before your check-in (i.e.: 3 days before check-in, before 4pm).
➼ If the form is late, the $50 fee is passed to guest. If a change needs to be made on the form (substitution, error etc.), the $15 fee is also passed to the guest. (All last-minute bookings will carry a $50 "late" fee)
➼ Absolutely anyone staying/visiting (over age 3) must be listed on the form, to a max of 12 people total. Forms w. more than 12 will not be processed, anyone not listed will not be let in the gate.

Amenity passes are required to access community amenities (for guests 7+). Available for purchase @ the Community office, Clubhouse, and Recreation Center (during working hours).

★ Some Key Info on Rules:★
➼ Guests will receive a copy of the rules/regulations in our messaging, and upon registration at arrival. It is important that you review and share these with your group.
➼ Due to prior issues with problem hosts, the community has become super strict and is really cracking down on violations, so highly important to know and follow the basic rules.
➼ Any fines or violations during a stay are the sole responsibility of the guests.
➼ 2 big ones are Speeding and Noise. They have speed traps and security all over, who will ticket even for 30mph (speed limit is strict 25). Quite hours are 10pm-8am, we have sensitive neighbors, and community forbids loud music outside. Please use cruise control and keep loud noise inside the house. Besides large fines for you, the community will actually revoke our ability to rent if our guests get violations - PLEASE help us and yourselves avoid this!
