The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again.

Fantastic hotel, really cool and well kept interior- excellent breakfast selection - no sign of any commonly allergic nuts e.g peanuts, pistachio. Cashew , pecan, walnut. Even gluten free selection at breakfast. Room was big and very clean and everything worked well.

It's a bit quirky as it's themed to go with the amusement park but it's a very nice, comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet was included and great. Bed was super comfortable, I just felt the duvet was a bit heavy for how warm it still was outside, I had to set the AC on the lowest temp it would go (19C) to be comfortable in the bed at night with that heavy duvet. Otherwise, everything was great!

Room was clean and lovely. Staff were polite and vaguely friendly but not very welcoming. Stayed for 10 days and felt more like we were a slight inconvenience rather than valued guests. Children were told off for being noisy on the slide when it wasn't them and I was given an eye roll by the member of staff for believing them. Either way I feel like if you have a slide and carousel in your hotel kids might get a bit excited. Incredible hotel but first one I haven't felt special in.
