The town is lovely and the hotel is the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip, or even the weekend! Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours. Breakfast had a nice variety and there is water, tea and coffee available 24/7. The cleanliness was impeccable, as well as the service! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for the price .

A no-frills, clean place to stay right by the train and bus station, conveninet to get to all parts of gotemba. We had a room with a view of Mount Fuji from the room, was so great to see how much the lights on the mountain changes in minutes. The berakfast buffet was simple but great, had things for both japanese breakfast cravers and for the continental breakfasat lovers (my son and his friend). Its a chain and for the ease and convenience, I will consider staying at their other locales when trraveling.

I spent the night here before climbing Mt. Fuji. It was very conveniently located to get the bus in the morning. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was a pleasant way to complete my stay.

Conveniently located next to the train station and bus terminus. We visited Lake Ashi and it was easy to get there by bus or taxi. There are various dining options within walking distance. Staff were friendly, room was a bit small for 2 people with luggages but to be expected.

The hotel is still new, so it is very clean and nice. Hopefully it can be maintained for a long time. The location is very strategic to Gotemba Eki, making it easy to get around. The less pleasant thing is the bathroom. The position of the toilet is too close to the wall. The water tap for the shower is combined with the washbasin, making it inconvenient when taking a shower, because your hands have to come out of the shower curtain.
