couple weekend sanity night

I had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant and bar, where the live music was a highlight. However, one area that could be improved is the customer service. Unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe, there didn’t seem to be much of a focus on warm greetings or friendliness toward guests. From arrival through to check-out, I didn’t feel particularly welcome, and the interaction with the receptionist felt a bit impersonal—“just ok and next” summed up the attitude.

Stayed at hotel as a good location for Funtasia waterpark in Drogheda. Only 12 mins away so great spot. The hotel is off the motorway with nothing else close by. If you want an evening meal you will either eating the hotel or drive into town. Nothing walkable. We had three people with special dietary needs and all we're pleased with their evening meal which is a rare occurrence!! Hotel is clean, modern and staff helpful. My only concern was the air conditioning. Our room was very hot as the AC didn't work. We were on the motorway side of the hotel so lots of car noise with the windows ajar. Top tip....make sure you get a room facing the car park rather than the motorway and check your AC works as soon as you check in.

This is a clean and well run property. The room was adequately sized, and the be was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The Circle K convenience store and Subway inside it are good options within easy walking distance for sundries and as an alternative to the restaurant. I would have like for them to have an exercise room.
