The bar and restaurant with the fireplace was very very relaxing and the food was limited but good. I found the front desk clerks could have been a little bit warmer in manner in their attitude but besides that we will be back

Room was large and clean. The whole property was warm and inviting with beautiful views. The food at the restaurant was nothing special but good and kept us from driving into town. Coffee available in the lobby and the staff was very friendly.

Facility is nice, but the check-in staff was rather aggressive at check-in; they had to know where I’m coming from and my zip code, not for verification purposes but for their own demographics. They were collecting information here and there because “Expedia does not give us any information” says the front desk staff. …In this day and age, I should be able to opt out of this kind of privacy-invading nonsense. Also, be aware that Expedia apparently does NOT include the $22/night resort fee the hotel charges.

Gorgeous mountain view with a rainbow the first morning! Wonderful hiking trails right behind property. Only con was the fact that for 3 days there was a CONSISTENT STONG ODOR of POT on the total part of the 3rd floor hallway. NOT good for a family friendly non-smoking hotel for which pot is illegal in NH!
