Stay was Awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and Holidays. Mike Anderson restaurant was amazing and so was the free breakfast.

This is an older property but is excellently maintained. The only complaint is that the quality and quantity of the breakfast seems to be slipping. We arrived 1/2 hour before breakfast was over to find items on the breakfast bar gone (fried potatoes and scrambled eggs). When I asked the server she said they were out.

Great location between New Orleans and Baton Rogue. The grounds are nice and the restaurant was good. Staff was not very friendly and the lady managing the meager breakfast really needs to find a different job. She was very unfriendly and generally seemed like she hated her job. Otherwise, the room was fine and there were enough other things near the hotel that made it good enough.

Description didn’t meet reality. The pictures are better than what you will actually get. Rooms on the outside. Hotel didn’t honor reservation. Booked a king deluxe room and was given a standard queen room. Grounds are nice with seating areas outside.
