The Space:
Our apartment allows a maximum of 4 guests and features:
• a comfortably furnished Living Room
• a semi-enclosed Balcony facing a relaxing view
• a well functioning Kitchen
• Bedroom x2 completed with Queen Bed x2
• Bathroom x2
• a fully equipped Laundry Room

For your convenience, a “starter pack” is provided for you to settle in, please note that there is no housekeeping or replenishment of items for the duration of your stay.

As our guests, you may enjoy your leisure with exclusive access to the recreation deck on level 20 for the following facilities:

• Dining Areas
For the comfort and benefit of all facility users, we therefore ask all our guests to read through and adhere to the rules as set for and displayed at all facilities in the property.
Facility access is subject to open hours but not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN:
In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your check-in.
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Keys need to be collected from our office located in Broadbeach QLD 4218 during the check-in time period. Address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in, please contact the host for details.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT:
Check-out time is by 10:00 am. You may simply return the keys to the designated area in our apartment before you leave. Without the swipe card, you can ONLY access to the Main Lobby on Level 1, so if you park your car on-site (Yellow Entrance), you can reach the carpark via any of the other lifts in the nearby hotel tower. NO late check-out is allowed. A $50 fine applies for each 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:
Key loss will result in a charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged during 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and an addition of $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.
**NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!**
EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish so as to leave the place as you generally found it, or a $100 excess cleaning if needed.
