The price we paid reflected the fact that the unit is tired and needing refurbished. That aside, everything else was good. The place was clean, beds comfortable, with adequate cooking facilities. Washing machine and dryer well used. Proximity to anywhere you needed to go, excellent. We would stay there again.

Just over the road from Pacific Fair shopping centre and casino and tram service which takes you into Surfers Paradise. 5 minute walk to lovely beach and surf club so location is very convenient. Broadbeach Savannah itself though is very dated and at $300 a night we were disappointed. It was quite daggy. Most frustrating though was not enough parking for the complex. The carpark is so small it cant accommodate all the guests and its first in best dressed or park out on the street. We were out on the street and drove around for about 15 minutes looking for a carpark. Once parked though we didnt need the car till we left. Unit was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The property is quite dated, therefore some things need replacing. Carpet was frayed, fan in the bathroom didn't work. It was a 4 person room but there was only enough crockery for 3 people.

The pool was locked so couldn’t use it despite being in the available times according to their compendium. The place was okay but quite dirty. Staff were pretty nice.

We found that the receptionist were abrupt and to the point. Didnt fell welcomed. The room itself was old and have stains on the couch and in the bathroom. There were only random bits of utensils and the mugs has chips and stains. The elevator brokedown twice when we were inside which caused anxiety for myself and my partner. I would not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming factor was its location.
