Bilinga Gardens 3 is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet complex directly across from Bilinga beach.
This 2 bedroom unit is very spacious and has been updated to provide a relaxed and comfortable beachside getaway!
The master bedroom offers queen bed and ensuite (walk in shower), and second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with ceiling fans. There is also a second bathroom (walk in shower) and large laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and offers smart TV plus free Wi-Fi. This leads through to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen which provides everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays.
The standout feature is the spacious and private beachfront balcony with ocean views surrounded by tropical gardens. There is also a second courtyard area accessed from both bedrooms.
Bilinga Gardens 3 offers secure parking for one car. The unit is located opposite the Oceanway Path, which offers a long, flat and very scenic path for kilometers in both directions so you can park your car securely and explore the local area on foot.
* Please note there are approximately 6 steps from the front entrance to the unit and more from the basement.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
