Quartos sem janela , sem ar . Corredores com pouca iluminação e sem circulação de ar, parecia corredor de hospital , Iluminacao do quarto na área do lavabo péssima não era possível se maquiar. Solicitei troca de quarto foi prontamente atendida, porém o quadro era igual . Sempre escolho o Íbis esse foi o pior de todos que eu já fiquei. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Porém a estrutura do hotel, sem condições .

Ar condicionado não funcionava, um calor terrível no quarto. Chegamos as 2 da madrugada e o atendente disse que teríamos que arrumar as malas e trocar de quarto. Estávamos cansados, voo atrasou e com criança tudo fica cansativo. Faltou empatia, hospitalidade por iarte do atendimento pq pedimos para arrumar as malas no dia seguinte e nao fomos atendidos. Um hotel precisa ter flexibilidade, especialmente qd o problema e de infraestrutura do próprio hotel. Nao recomendo e nao voltarei.
