The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!

Atendimento excelente na recepção. Porém o café da manhã muito fraco, quartos com cheiro estranhos, e cama desconfortável (o colchão muito mole e formando buracos quando deita). Ar condicionado antigo (de caixa) não esfria muito bem. Banheiro não tinha secador de cabelo. Boa localização.

Considerações para a administração.
Ficamos no quarto 409 e tive grandes decepções como: -Lixo do antigo hospede dentro de uma lixeira na sala; -Tomada da televisão aberta; -Uma tomada aberta perto da cama; -Janela da sala com defeito; -Colchao de casal em pessimo estado; -Muito barulho de hóspede na madrugada; -Quarto está meio que esquecido pela administração com relaçao a manutenção.
